Ethical AI

An international training course bringing together youth workers, volunteers and NGO founders from across Europe to explore AI, human agency, ethical technology, and participatory learning methodologies.

What we did

Taida developed the AI Compass training course together with The Social Circle, contributing to the project from early-stage concept validation to facilitation and implementation.

Before the training course, Taida organized a webinar to test the interest around ethical AI in youth work and non-formal education. Together with The Social Circle, Taida wrote the Erasmus+ project application, found and coordinated partner organizations from 8 different countries, and helped secure the funding for the project.

Taida also co-designed the 5-day training course, facilitated workshops and group processes during the mobility, and supported the project management and coordination throughout the experience.

The project followed the Taida Learning Experience Framework, combining audience research and validation, learning design, facilitation, content production, and community participation throughout the process.

From participants

“The best Erasmus+ project I ever attended. Everyone was friendly, we would joke around but when the time came that we need to lock in and work everybody was focused. The energy the facilitators gave us was also really important because they really wanted us to learn and get the most out of this training.”

“An experience that shifts your perspective on what AI is and what it can do. During this program, you get to interact with technical tools from a human perspective, in connection with nature and a wonderful community.”

“The walk in the park and the time we spent there with our thoughts was truly unique. Being away from the stress of everyday life, connected with nature, and sharing that space with the other participants felt very special. Each person was expressing their own thoughts in their own way, and even though we were all different, it created something almost magical and refreshing.”
